Product is quite gloopy - I found the best way to use it was to spoon small quantities onto a mixing board. Wasn't sure how to mix 1:1 quantities with the 1Shot enamel paint because both were of a different consistency, so I mixed small blobs of the flattening paste with the paint until I got a smooth consistency. When the gloss enamel paint started to dry it became matt. Perfect!
