Imitation Flakes

Imitation Flakes is available in Imitation Gold 2.5, Imitation Silver, Copper, Variegated Red and Variegated Blue/Green. The flakes are the off cuts from when the 140mm x 140mm leaves are produced. These tend to be used in arts and crafts to add a metallic layer to your craft projects. This is applied by putting a thin layer of gold size onto the surface and once of a dry tack similar to the tack of a post-it note sprinkle the flakes onto the surface and with a gilders mop brush the flakes into place to create a sparkly metallic effect.
